Overview

PortfolioX Network takes the prevention, detection, and reporting of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) extremely seriously. This page outlines our commitments, policies, and resources related to CSAE.

Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

• Child Sexual Abuse (CSA): any sexual activity with a minor, whether contact or non-contact, that exploits a child's vulnerability.
• Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE): the use of a child for sexual purposes in exchange for something of value, including money, goods, or attention.

Our Commitment

We maintain zero tolerance towards any form of CSAE. We have implemented measures to detect, remove, and report content or behavior that involves CSAE and to cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies.

Reporting

If you encounter content, users, or conduct on our platform that may involve CSAE, please report it immediately through our abuse reporting channel. We also encourage you to contact the appropriate authorities.
